The security of our computer systems is of the utmost importance at CRSI. Accessing company information using only a username and password is no longer enough protection to prevent unwanted attacks. It is for this reason that we require an additional layer of protection called two-factor authentication (2FA) on all remote access to CRSI computers and systems.

Getting Registered
Method 1: If you don't have a company-issued cell phone
- Start by browsing our webmail site: https://mail.crsi-oh.com or our Citrix site https://citrix.crsi-oh.com and logging in with your CRSI username and password.
- You will be prompted to set up two-factor authentication to enhance the security of your account. Access to a mobile phone or landline phone will be required to complete the registration. Click/tap the Start Setup button to begin.
- Select the type of phone you will be using then click/tap Continue.
Note: Be sure to select a number that you will have access to at all times. This phone will be needed every time you remotely access CRSI resources. - Select your country and enter the phone number of your mobile phone or landline phone. Also check the box acknowledging the number is correct then click/tap Continue.
- You will now be asked to verify ownership of the number you just entered. Click/tap the Call Me or Text Me button. The system will either call or send a text to your number with a 6-digit code. Enter that code in the box below and click/tap Continue.
- After the code has been successfully entered, you can select how you want to be prompted moving forward. We recommend leaving this set to Ask me to choose an authentication method. Click/tap the Continue to Login button.
- At this point, you have successfully registered! Now it's time to get logged in. Click/Tap the Call Me or Enter a Passcode button.
- If you select Call Me, you will receive an automated phone call asking for your approval to proceed. Press 1 to approve. If you did not request the login, press 8 to let us know it wasn't you.
- If you select Enter a Passcode, you must first click Text Me New Codes in the blue bar. Enter the 7-digit code from the text message into the box and click/tap Log In.
- If you select Call Me, you will receive an automated phone call asking for your approval to proceed. Press 1 to approve. If you did not request the login, press 8 to let us know it wasn't you.
Method 2: If you have a company-issued cell phone
If you have been issued a company-issued cell phone, the process is much the same; however, your phone number has been pre-populated into the system. You will not be prompted to enter a phone number; the verification codes will automatically be sent to your company device.
- Since your phone is already registered with the system, you will skip straight to the authentication method screen. Click/Tap the Call Me or Enter a Passcode button.
