In order to log into your CRSI desktop from a non-CRSI computer, you must first install a small piece of
software called Citrix Workspace. Once installed, you will be able to access your files and software just
like you were sitting at your desk.
If you run into issues with installation or accessing Citrix, take a look at our troubleshooting guide.
- Open a web browser and go to https://citrix.crsi-oh.com.
- Log in with your CRSI username and password.
- If you have not already set up two-factor authentication, you will be prompted to do so now. Instructions can be found here: Registering for Two-Factor Authentication.
- In the top right of the screen, click the down arrow next to your name and select Download Citrix Receiver.
- Checkmark the box to agree with the Citrix license agreement, then click the Download button.
- When prompted, run, save or launch the file.
- If using Microsoft Edge, click Run.
- If using Chrome, double-click the download from the bottom left of your browser window. If prompted, click the button to Open Citrix Receiver Launcher.
- If using Firefox, click Save File, then the down arrow, then the folder icon and finally double-click CitrixWorkspaceApp.exe.
- If using Microsoft Edge, click Run.
- If prompted by User Account Control, click Yes to allow Citrix Workspace to make changes to your device.
- Once the installation launches, click Start.
- Accept the license agreement and click Next.
- Leave the single sign-on button unchecked and click Install.
- When complete, click the Finish button.
