Relias can be accessed from any internet-connected device. To make it easy to access, the training iPads at your regional office or the iPad in your group home have been pre-loaded with a shortcut icon to the Relias website. The link is also available on the Employee Resources page on the CRSI website. Here is how to get logged in:
- Tap the green and white Relias icon on the CRSI iPad OR go to https://crsi.training.reliaslearning.com, and you will be taken to the Relias log-in screen.
- The grey box explains that first-time users should click the "Forgot your Password" link and enter their employee ID number for the user name. This will allow you to obtain a temporary password and reset it to something more memorable.
- Enter your username (this is your employee ID number), then click/tap the Continue button.
NOTE: We do not recommend using the Last Name/Email option. - Go to your email and look for a message from no-reply@alerts.reliaslearning.com. Relias will send the message to whatever email address is on file within our HR system, Paycor. Jot down the 6-character code from the bottom of the message.
- Go back to Relias, enter the 6-character code from the email you received, and click/tap the Continue button.
- Create a new password with at least 8 characters, one uppercase, one lowercase, one number, and one special character (*$^@#!%*?&=<>). Then click/tap the Change Password button.
- You will now be directed to the Security Setup screen, where you will be required to select and answer three personalized questions that will be used if you ever forget your password.
- Use the drop-downs to select a question and then enter your personalized answer. Do this for all three of the questions.
NOTE: You can ignore the area on the right of the screen that asks about password reset email.
