Assignment due dates can come quickly when we are focused on our individuals and our busy schedules. In addition to receiving training alerts to your email inbox, you can also get text reminders straight to your mobile phone.
Opt-In For Text Message Reminders
In order to receive these reminders, you must first opt-in from your Relias account profile. Here is how it's done:
- Log into the Relias website: https://crsi.training.reliaslearning.com/
- Tap/click on the account icon in the top right corner of the page.
- Scroll down to the Notification Information section and add your 10-digit mobile phone number.
- Select the check box for I would like to opt in to receive text messages from Relias.
- Scroll back to the bottom of your profile (if using a mobile device) or the top of your profile (if using a computer and click Save to confirm your changes.
- Within a few minutes of saving your profile, you will receive a confirmation text with a six-digit code.
NOTE: The reminders will always come from (984) 301-0679. We recommend adding this number to the contact list on your phone to ensure the messages are not marked as junk. - Go back into Relias and enter this code on your profile page.
- Once you see the green checkmark, you'll know that everything is set up.
Message Frequency
When you opt-in for reminders, you are sent text messages as assignment due dates approach.
- A notification is sent 2 days before, 1 day before, and on the day an assignment is due.
- Training notifications are sent at 2:00 PM Eastern daily if there is at least one assignment due within 2 days, and stop if the eligible assignments are completed or if the assignment’s due date passes.
- All modules and Policies and Procedures documents assigned with a due date are included in text reminders.
Opting Out
If you no longer wish to receive text reminders, opting out is quick and easy. Just text the word STOP to (984) 301-0679 and the system will do the rest.
