Cell Phone: Forwarding to Another Number

If you are planning on being away from your cell phone, you are able to forward your calls to another phone with a few presses of a button. Something to note, this will not forward text messages.

Forward All Calls

1. Dial *72 then the 10 digit phone number.
   
2. Press send and wait for the confirmation beeps/message.
3. End the call.
4. Remember to make a test call to confirm that you have completed the step correctly.

Forward Only the Calls That I Do Not Answer

1. Dial *71 then the 10 digit phone number.
   
2. Press send and wait for the confirmation beeps/message.
3. End the call.
4. Remember to make a test call to confirm that you have completed the step correctly.

Cancel All Call Forwarding

1. Dial *73.
   
2. Press send and wait for the confirmation beeps/message.
3. End the call.
4. Remember to make a test call to confirm that you have completed the step correctly.
