RightFax will automatically add a cover sheet to all of your faxes. There is no need for you to create one on the computer, print it out, and add it to your stack of papers prior to faxing.
Each cover sheet is automatically customized based on the machine from which the fax is being sent. It will include the fax number you are sending to, the name of the fax machine you sent from, the fax number of the machine you sent from, and the phone number of the office in which the fax machine resides. Here is an example of what it will look like:
If you would like to customize this to include more information, you can do it from the touchscreen at the copier. Here is how it's done:
- From the home screen of the copier, tap the RightFax button.
- Enter the fax number you wish to send to. Be sure to add a 9 and a 1 before the 10-digit number then tap the More button.
- Check the box next to Include Cover Sheet and select the CRSI Cover Sheet.docx from the list. Then tap next to Notes and enter your message. This will be automatically entered into the Notes field on the coversheet. Tap the Start button to send your fax.
