Let's face it; we all have a lot of passwords to remember and can forget one from time to time. Thankfully, Paycor has us covered. Here's how to get started:
- Open a web browser, go to www.paycor.com, and select the Sign In button in the top right.
- Skip the username and password fields and select Forgot Password below the sign-in area.
- On the Recover your Password page, enter your email address and username, then select Next.
- This will send an email to you.
- Go to your email and look for a message with the subject: Verify your email to reset your password. This message should be from NoReply@notifications.paycor.com.
Click the blue button to Verify Email Address. - This will open a new browser window where you can choose your recovery method. You can select your preferred recovery method.
- If you select Call or Text, you will be asked to type in the phone number before Paycor calls or texts you with a code. Once you receive the code, enter it on the next screen.
NOTE: This code is only good for 30 minutes. After that, you'll need to request a new code. - If you select Security Questions, you will be asked to answer one of the questions you configured when you first signed up for a Paycor account.
- If you select Call or Text, you will be asked to type in the phone number before Paycor calls or texts you with a code. Once you receive the code, enter it on the next screen.
- You will then be prompted to change your password. Be sure to select a strong password that is also easy to remember and select Complete Password Reset. All green check marks mean that the password meets minimum security requirements.
- You can now go back to the sign-in page and log in with your new password.
