Providing clear and consistent communication is essential here at CRSI. Because of this, we utilize the One Call Now system to send important voice, text, and email messages to our employees. This is how you will receive reminders about benefits open enrollment, important training notifications, or even messages about system outages.
Contact Information
When CRSI sends a voice, text, or email notification through One Call, it will be sent to the contact information you have on file within Paycor. Keeping this information updated is vital to the ability to receive important notifications.
If you need to update your contact information, you can make modifications inside your Paycor account or reach out to your regional HR rep for assistance. Any updates to Paycor will be sent to One Call the next day.

Opting Out
The One Call Now system will send messages to ALL email addresses and phone numbers that are on file within Paycor. If you would like to have one of these removed from receiving notifications, you can opt out of individual addresses and numbers at any time.
To opt out, go to One Call Now's website and fill out their opt-out request form. Once you hit Submit, One Call Now will remove the requested numbers and/or addresses from our mailing list.
