Connect A Voice (CAV) is CRSI's primary method for collecting time and attendance information from our Direct Care employees. This system incorporates GPS coordinates for punching in and out which allows us to comply with Medicaid’s requirement for Electronic Visit Verification (EVV). To log on, you will will use the app on your personal smart phone or on the location's iPad.
Setting Your First Password
- You will receive an email from email@example.com to accept the invitation and download the app on your phone. Click the Accept Invitation button. NOTE: Do this within 14 days of receiving the email or you will have to follow the Connect A Voice: Resetting Your Password steps below.
- This opens a new screen and you will be asked to set your password. NOTE: Connect A Voice passwords must contain a minimum of 8 characters, 1 upper case letter, 1 lower case letter, and 1 number.
Downloading the Connect A Voice App
We highly recommend downloading and installing the CAV app onto your personal smart phone. If you do not have one, most locations have an iPad with the app already installed.
- After your password has been set, go back to your email and look for the download links.
- Tap the link to download the app that goes with your smart phone. This app is only 6 MB and is small enough that it can be downloaded without a WiFi connection.
