Let's imagine you're on a routine awake shift (Support Spec) and now it's time to switch to asleep (OSOC). Rather than going through the entire process of ending a shift and then starting a new one, Connect A Voice allows you to switch Engagement Levels on a shift that is currently in progress. No logging off and back on, woohoo! To do this, start by:
- Start by tapping the pencil icon icon next to the consumer photos.
- Tap the new Engagement Level for each consumer.
- Once you’ve finished making changes, tap the Edit button at the bottom. NOTE: The Edit button will be grayed out until at least one change is made to an engagement level.
- Connect A Voice will timestamp this change. It will automatically end your previous engagement level and start the new one that was just selected.
